Overview

Certain Offer fields require special configuration of Custom ATS Fields. We’ll be covering how to set these up. These fields include:

• Benefits Region
• Vesting Schedule
• Base Salary Interval
• Limit Visibility

Benefits Region

A Benefits Region is configured in order to assist recruiters to quickly provide benefits related information to candidates. You can name and configure various Benefits Regions in Offer Settings by navigating to the Benefits Regions section and clicking the + Add / Edit Regions button:

Each Benefits Region has three sections:

• Benefits Documents: A list of benefits or other documents that you would like to provide the candidate for download.
• Benefits: A list of benefits (specific to the region you are configuring) that has a Title, Description, and Value. If a value is set to 0, it will simply not be displayed. Some examples:
  • Medical Coverage
  • Dental Coverage
  • 401k Match
  • Commuter Benefit
  • In-office Lunch
• FAQs: A list of answers to questions that are common for this specific Benefits Region

Once you’ve set this up in Offer Settings, you will need to have a way to select which region is being used for an individual offer from your ATS. To do this you will need to create a Custom Offer Field within your ATS. The field Type should be Multiple Choice. When selecting the options for the multiple choice selection it is important to use an EXACT character string match.
