💰 Compensation: [In CA/NY] ****$70-80k USD Base Salary, $95k OTE, no cap on commission
💼 What you’ll do
You will be the first SDR hire at Levels.fyi, working closely with the founding team to increase quality outbound. Day-to-day tasks will include
- Researching to create targeted lists of prospects that could benefit from our service.
- Being the first touchpoint for people on the list and qualifying them as sales prospects.
- Guiding qualified prospects towards the demo stage of the sales cycle.
- Continuously analyzing our target customers, messaging, and conversion rates.
- Checking back on existing customers to make sure they’re getting the most value out of our product.
- Making sure our CRM health is strong, and reports are accurate.
- Work with leadership as a trusted partner and advisor on GTM tactics.
- If you are excellent at building a sales pipeline, are eager to level up your skills, and are highly experimental in thinking, this role may be a great fit. Armchair philosophers should stay away.
👤 Who we're looking for:
- 2+ years experience in an SDR role at a high growth B2B SaaS organization.
