We have an initial engagement fee to start the conversation with us, after which, we charge 7% of the negotiated delta between your final offer and your original offer (using your first year total compensation). Our coaches will always try to get you a top-end offer, so you don't have to worry!

The support that you get is similar to the Premium Plan, where you get assigned to a coach to guide you through the negotiation from start-to-finish. Essentially, the Percent Plan offers a different payment structure.
