💰 Compensation: [In CA/NY] ****$80-90k USD Base Salary, $170k OTE, no cap on commission
💼 What you’ll do
- You will be the first dedicated sales hire for Levels.fyi, working closely with the founding team to increase sales.
- This is a “full stack” sales role. You will be engaged in everything including developing your own pipeline, qualifying leads, running demos, and closing deals.
- You will have an advantage of getting organic inbounds from our widely used website, a household name within tech, and for your target persona.
- Closely manage your leads in a CRM for weekly pipeline reviews and provide feedback on ways to improve lead generation.
- Support product and engineering teams as you receive feedback from prospects, and help to align with product direction.
- Work with leadership as a trusted partner and advisor on GTM tactics.
- If you are excellent at building a sales pipeline, are eager to level up your AE skills, and are highly experimental in thinking, this role may be a great fit. Armchair philosophers should stay away.
👤 Who we're looking for:
- 3+ years experience in a Sales or SDR role at a high growth B2B SaaS organization.
- Verifiable track record of hitting sales objectives and exceeding quota.
- Outstanding skills in establishing rapport, discovering pain points, and building trust.
